GetMyRV Rating
Our take: the Salem is a no-frills full-size trailer that wins on price and availability. You get a lot of floor space and carrying capacity for the money, but finishes are mainstream and insulation is three-season. The long, heavy floorplans need a capable truck and a quality weight-distribution hitch.
Best for
Value shoppers who want a full-size trailer and have the truck for it
Watch out
32–39 ft and up to 9,300 lbs dry; only seven floorplans
